Built a local desktop search application for navigating a large archive of active and historical project files. The system indexes project content locally, prioritizes filename and path relevance, supports active/archive filtering, and provides direct access to source folders and files. Designed for internal use with local processing and read-only access to project data.

Built and expanded a project tracking system to standardize technician work submissions, validate and process field updates, route exceptions through human review, and maintain live project status across multiple work areas. The system handles completed work, rework, notes, constraints, duplicate detection, formatting issues, staged approvals, and dashboard reporting while protecting the live tracker from bad or ambiguous updates.
